By adopting evanescent mode foundry technique, the produced anode yokes have standard dimensions and smooth surfaces; we add alloys to refine in the intermediate frequency furnace or electric-arc furnace, conduct on-the-spot sample analysis, and execute internal control standards: S≤0.035%, P≤0.035%. The casting heads are located on the yokes (e.g. Eight casting heads for eight yokes), which ensures that the yokes have a firm internal structure, without no sand hole, slag inclusion, gas pocket or shrinkage porosity, and good mechanical performance and conductivity are gained; we have special-purpose sawing and milling combination machines, car-type shot blasting machines, and large heat treatment electric furnaces.
